A deadline should be created so that it does not get dragged out longer than necessary, and should include time for unexpected delays such as weather and illnesses. Finally, after this construction is complete, it becomes time to transfer the product into use. Which ever project management method is used, it should be the appropriate process for the project. This is easily determined by the projected end result and what resources are necessary to reach the goal.
